Surgical Facial Rejuvenation with Smoothed Wrinkles

This extremely nice lady wanted a facial rejuvenation. The results show the extent to which we can now successfully smooth wrinkles. This is exclusively the result of surgery, not enhanced by peel, lasers, etc. Also, the youthful contours of jaw/neck malar fat elevation and normal position of hairlines are clearly seen, as well as the upward curve of lips with more volume (the patient's own live tissues are always used).
