View individual Galleries: Facelift with Neck & Eyelidplasties Eyes Lips Noses Breast Lift Healing Fat Transfers A word about the photographs presented in our Photo Gallery: The before-and-after photographs are taken in the Pacific Clinic photo studio. We use 35mm film and the negatives are un-retouched. There are no digital photographs. When viewing the before-and-after photos, please keep in mind that variations in results may reflect the desires of the patients: bigger vs. smaller lips, higher vs. low eyebrows, more dramatic vs. more subtle results, for example. These results were obtained utilizing surgical procedures only. No lasers or chemical peels were done. For lip volume restoration (fuller lips) we use the patient's own natural live tissue which is transferred into the lips from the face or body; although natural lips continue to thin with age, our clinical evidence indicates that these grafts last forever.
